Franklinton Gardens 2017 Summer CSA
What is a CSA?
CSA stands for Community-Supported Agriculture. Community members receive a weekly box of produce from June through October with farm fresh vegetables, fruits, and even salsa and pesto. The share also includes recipes and tips to help you get the most out of your fresh, local produce each week
How does it work?
The CSA allows us to share our fresh produce with Franklinton neighbors. The goal is to make it as accessible and affordable as possible. It works like a produce subscription:
- Weekly delivery directly to your door!
- Half-price option of $10 a week for $25 worth of food
- Full-price options available for $20/week
- We accept EBT!
- Priority for cooking classes and workshops
How to join?
If you have any questions about our CSA, you can email Katie Brokenshire directly at email@example.com or give us a call at 614-233-1887.
Our CSA is neighbourhood-based, and therefore only available to those who live, work, or play in Franklinton. To reserve a spot for the summer CSA, you will complete this form. Filling out the form does not guarantee participation, as there are a limited number of spots filled on a first-come first-serve basis. However, if you fill out the form and spots are full, you placed on a waiting list and receive updates for the next season. We received a USDA Community Food Projects grant which requires we collect information from our members. The information provided will be separated from identifying information and does not determine eligibility. If you would like a hard copy of the form, call 614-233-1887 and we can bring one to you.
